Biography
Meet Coach Antoinette
I am a professional life, career, and executive coach with more than 20 years of coaching experience. I specialize in the growing positive impact of motivated professionals.
I am fortunate to have found my calling to help people overcome challenges and expand their experiences when I began my journey as a career counselor over 20 years ago. I have had the pleasure of coaching young adults and professionals to create success and balance.
Over the course of my career, I have coached hundreds of professionals through career transitions. I have held career seminars and motivational forums focusing specifically on individuals who are looking to take their career to the next level or
become an entrepreneur.
I also specialize in coaching women through transition and into balanced, healthy, purposeful lives of their choosing. I am personally experienced with maneuvering through many of the same life transitions facing my clients.
I am passionate about helping women create their true, happy, fulfilled lives. I encourage women to be grounded in the naturally beautiful, purposeful, and whole human being that they are.
I am blessed to have found my calling as a coach and as I start my journey as a Doctor of Psychology, I am even more passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of my clients.
Meet Daryl Grant
Daryl Grant is the cofounder of BTG Coaching, Counseling and Consulting LLC, a game-changing firm that helps consultants open new doors to achievement and fulfillment.
Daryl has spent the last 3 decades coaching, mentoring, and teaching thousands to reach for and achieve results. Daryl spent 28 years in the U.S. Air Force as an air traffic controller, senior manager, and advisor to commanders.
During his distinguished career, he achieved the Force’s most exclusive rank of Chief Master Sergeant (top 1 percent). Known throughout his career as a relationship builder, he has left a legacy of high-performing achievers who continue to use his actionable and proven methods for success.
One of the highlights from his military career was serving as a mentor/instructor at Air University’s Chief Master Sergeant Leadership Course. In this role, Daryl utilized case studies to analyze and instruct 600 senior leaders in strategic planning and decision making; senior-level communication and presentation; and human resource management and personnel development.
After nearly 3 decades of faithful service to our country, Daryl took his drive, commitment, and training to the education sector, where he began teaching for Excelsior College.
Among the courses he teaches are Success Strategies for Military and Veterans; Success Seminar for college students; Organization Behavior; Management; and Leadership in Film. Daryl is a Toastmaster’s Competent Communicator and has penned several articles on leadership and personnel development.
An avid traveler, Daryl truly believes in the value of experiencing new places and cultures. His favorite quote is from the Prophet Mohamed: “Don’t tell me about how educated you are, tell me about where you’ve traveled.”
